Fresh coconut jelly is homemade by the local dessert store. Fresh coconut juice is heated and combined with pectin or agar. The heating process separates the cream from the juice, resulting in this beautiful clear jelly with an opaque creamy white top layer.

Cost? $3.50 (cup size about 300ml), in the fridge display.
